Pursuant to the Receivership Order, within thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar quarter, beginning with the calendar quarter ending September 30, 2024, the Receiver shall file a full report and accounting of the Receivership Estate. All such quarterly reports will be posted on this website.

| 07/01/2024 | The Receiver obtained a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure from CCGD Development, LLC such that the Fund is now the owner of 1610 Hether Street, Austin, Texas 78704. The Receiver has engaged a real estate broker to market and sell the property. |
